bringing their unmistakable sound and style to a program selected from a diverse

The "Clockwork Sound" is rooted in the tradition of great vocal jazz groups such
as New York Voices, The HiLos, Singers Unlimited and Lambert, Hendricks and Ross;
and draws creative inspiration from the variety of musical and artistic experiences
which have influenced each of Clockwork’s talented singers. The result: a fresh
and entertaining new interpretation of the vocal jazz ensemble.

January 2008 - introducing the new clockwork
We are incredibly fortunate to gain a couple of new singers who are, in their own
right, none too short on experience and ability.
We are thrilled to introduce you to the new Clockwork: Angie Doctor, Juliet Green,
John Paddock and Dave Duran.
Although Juliet and Dave are new to Clockwork, they have been crossing paths with
Angie and John in the musical community for a long time. Before Clockwork, Juliet
and Dave were band-mates in the award-winning quintet +4db and in the Bay Area jazz
group Moodswing, also an award-winning ensemble. Both are accomplished performers
and arrangers with a long list of credits. Their contribution to Clockwork is fresh
and inspiring, and a heck of a lot of fun for the performers and the audience alike.
